Hixson & Associates was established in 1991 as a consultant for Real
Estate Development and Transactions. We also act as project managers
and construction managers with comprehensive responsibility for project
delivery as well as performing specific limited project assignments. While
we are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, we participate in projects
throughout the Western United States.

Our clients include real estate developers, investors and lenders taking
an active role in developing investment opportunities, assisting in
transactions, coordinating entitlements and managing/monitoring
design and construction activities. Other clients include corporations,
educational institutions and other non-profit organizations.
